Due to the exponential development of its business (with a trend in purchase requests of YTD + 70%) and its organization, KIG wants to bolster its Luxury Sales Department.

Role:

  • - Exclusive assignment of a Top Client and Top Properties portfolio;
  • - Property finder activity, by excellently identifying Top Clients’ needs and matching them with Top Properties solutions;
  • - Flexible and customized management of each Top Client’s requests and of the whole process of sales negotiation;
  • - Reinforcing Top Clients’ Loyalty.

Skills:
  • - Attitude to high-level relationships and network;
  • - Solution selling, negotiation;
  • - Self-starter, Entrepreneurial and achievement mindset;
  • - Professional ethics, resilience and integrity;
  • - Consolidated background in luxury real estate sales or in high-value-added service sales; we aim at identifying the best high-potential candidates who possess the qualities at the core of our business model;
  • - Fluent in English; other desirable languages: Russian and German.
