The property consists of 10 ha of land of which 4.5 ha of vineyards in full production (average age 15 years), another 4.5 ha of land susceptible to vineyard planting and the remaining part of woods and uncultivated. The productive part is completed by 4.5 ha of leased land which completes the vineyard plots. The land is located in one of the most characteristic and suitable areas of the Aosta Valley, the systems are modern and the vineyards are in full production. The imposing building of about 1200sqm includes the cellar equipped with the most modern equipment and ancillary rooms (barrel cellar, warehouses, office, etc.), the tenant's large accommodation and an agritourism structure consisting of 7 rooms for 16 beds, the restaurant and the local sales and tasting. The winery which currently produces about 50,000 bottles / year is structured to reach a production of over 100,000 bottles, equipped with all the most modern equipment for processing grapes and wine with cutting-edge technologies for high quality production. It consists of a harvest reception room, winemaking cellar, barrel cellar, historic cellar, bottling room and storage warehouses. The production is sold on local, national and international markets and boasts numerous awards received in the most important wine competitions in the world. The farmhouse, inaugurated in 2020, consists of 7 large rooms with private bathroom, furnished with antiques and equipped with every comfort. All with views of the overlooking castle. The finishes with precious high quality materials are treated in detail and equipped with every comfort. The restaurant can accommodate 50 people, and has an attached company sales point. The entire building is energy self-sufficient thanks to the solar thermal panels, photovoltaic system and biomass boiler self-produced in the company.
