In the west coast of Sardinia in the area rich of medieval history and enriched by the presence of over 40 nuraghes, there is this a beautiful farm that we offer for sale. In this territory, you can admire the beauty of religious architecture and archaeological sites such as nuragic monuments such as Miali, Sos Bandidos, Utturos de Gannas that fall in the historical subregions of Planargia, Marghine and Montiferru. Born from an old sheepfold of the 60s, it has been rigorously renovated in full respect of the sardinian tradition. It is a country house, particularly equipped for campers, and officially inaugurated in 2002. The property has typical 60s -70s architecture built on trachyte and cement blocks. Inside, there is a large dining room and another more private one dedicated to reading. Then there is a sales area for the company's products, complete with counter and cash register; a large professional kitchen completed with cold rooms and industrial machinery; and another cooking area for serving food. This area can also be used for meat processing and packaging. A technical room contains gas boilers, washing machines, chlorinator and hot water boiler running from solar panels. The sleeping area consists of the 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and complete with all comforts. Each room guarantees maximum privacy and relaxation. Outside there is a large patio overlooking the garden and fully furnished with tables and armchairs, which can accommodate 50 people. All around there is a large garden to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside and a children's playground area. This property is particularly well equipped to accommodate camper owners. There is a large camper/tent area with 10 places to stay, fully equipped with every comfort. In the immediate surroundings there is a beautiful natural reserve of Sant'Antonio, rich in hollies, oaks and cork trees, ideal for excursions and nature lovers.
