Just outside Montepulciano, in the valley below the historic center, a 48-hectare winery. The property has four buildings (4,063 m2) which include the modern cellar, a tasting room, a country house and a farmhouse with 7 bedrooms (with the possibility of creating many more). The vineyards (31.0 ha of which 16.5 ha registered as Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG) make it possible to produce around 200,000 bottles of wine every year. The property consists of four buildings (for a total of 4,063 m2) which also include the ultra-modern wine cellar, equipped with cutting-edge equipment, a tasting room and seven rooms to welcome guests who wish to stay among the Montepulciano vineyards. The estate covers a total area of approximately 48.0 hectares. Of this, most are covered by vineyards (31.0 ha) registered as Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG (16.5 ha), Rosso di Montepulciano DOC (3.2 ha) and Toscana IGT (11.3 ha).
